Yard Boss Turf Management, LLC is a local lawn care company that is fully licensed and insured offering weed control and fertilization services. We are based in Magnolia, AR and serve all of Columbia County. A lush green lawn is the desire of most homeowners, however many homeowners are unable to achieve the desired lawn care results without a professional service company such as our’s. Yard Boss uses a proven 7 application lawn treatment program using professional weed control products as well as premium slow release coated fertilizer to achieve awesome results. The 7 application program is for Bermuda and Zoysia lawns. We use a 6 application program for centipede and St Augustine lawns. These applications are spaced out over the entire year consisting of prevention products, weed control products, lawn food and health products, and soil amendments.

Typical Bermuda / Zoysia Program

• Application 1: Pre and Post-Emergent Application: Jan 1- Feb 15th

• Application 2: Pre-Emergent and Broadleaf weed control: Feb 16th – Mar 31th
  

• Application 3: Early Season Fertilization and Spot Treatment for Weeds: April 1st – May 15th
  

• Application 4: Early Summer Fertilization and Spot Treatment for Weeds: May 16th- June 30th
  

• Application 5: Late Summer Weed Control: July 1st – Aug 31st
  

• Application 6: Fall Pre-Emergent Application: Sept 1st – Oct 15th 

• Application 7: Lime Application based on soil test: Nov 1 – Dec 31
